1. What This Website Is For

This Website shares information about Advantage and the roofing, exterior, remodeling, custom building and related services we offer to homeowners and businesses in Louisville, Southern Indiana and the surrounding Kentuckiana area. You can use it to learn about our services, ask questions, and request a free inspection, estimate or consultation.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request through the Website or use the chat assistant.

2. Website Information Is General Information

We work hard to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but everything on it, including articles, FAQs, photos, and answers from the chat assistant, is general information. It is not a professional inspection, a diagnosis of your home, or advice for your specific situation.

• Every home is different. Only an in-person inspection or consultation can tell you what your home needs.

• Services, materials, product details and availability can change without notice.

• We may correct errors or update information at any time.

Please don't make decisions about your home, your insurance claim or your finances based only on information from the Website.

3. Estimates, Pricing and Contracts

Requesting an inspection or estimate doesn't create a contract. Submitting a form, chatting with the chat assistant, or scheduling an inspection doesn't obligate you to hire us, and it doesn't obligate us to perform any work.

Pricing comes after an inspection or consultation. Any price, estimate or proposal is valid only when it is given to you in writing by Advantage, and only for the time stated on it. Nothing on the Website, and nothing the chat assistant says, is a price quote or an offer.

Your written contract controls the work. If we do work for you, the terms of that work, including scope, price, payment schedule, timeline and warranties, are set out in a separate written contract or proposal signed by you and Advantage. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed contract, your contract wins.

Scheduling. We'll do our best to schedule inspections and projects promptly, but timing depends on weather, material availability, permits and other factors. Nothing on the Website is a promise of a specific date.

4. Our Website Chat Assistant

Our Website includes a chat assistant that can answer common questions and help you request a free inspection or estimate. By using it, you understand and agree that:

• It's automated. The chat assistant uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create responses. It is not a live person, and the chat is not monitored in real time.

• It can make mistakes. AI-generated answers may sometimes be incomplete, out of date or wrong. If an answer matters to you, please confirm it with our office.

• It can't make commitments. The chat assistant cannot give prices, quotes, discounts, appointment times, start dates, warranty terms or any other promise on behalf of Advantage. Only a written estimate, proposal or contract from Advantage can do that.

• It doesn't give professional advice. Nothing it says is legal, insurance, financial, engineering or safety advice.

• It's not for emergencies. If you have an active leak or fresh storm damage, call our office at 502-265-5691. If anything is dangerous, such as a downed power line, a gas smell, water near electrical wiring, a sagging ceiling, or a tree on a home with people inside, get to safety and call 911 first.

• Conversations are saved. We keep chat conversations and the contact information you share, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Use it respectfully. Don't use the chat assistant to send spam, sales pitches, harassing or offensive messages, or anything illegal, and don't try to trick it into saying things it shouldn't or to get information about its programming. We may block access for anyone who misuses it.

• Don't share sensitive information. Please don't type Social Security numbers, bank or credit card numbers, passwords or health information into the chat.

5. Information You Submit

When you submit information through a form, the chat assistant, or any other part of the Website, you agree that:

• The information you give us is true and accurate, and you're authorized to share it (for example, you own the property or have the owner's permission to request an inspection).

• You won't submit anyone else's contact information without their permission.

• We may use your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including to contact you about your request.

Contact consent. By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may call, text or email you about your request, your inspection, your estimate and your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. We will only send marketing text messages, or make marketing calls using automated technology, if you've given us separate express written consent, and that consent is never a condition of doing business with us.

Photos, reviews and feedback. If you send us photos, reviews, testimonials, comments or ideas, you give Advantage permission to use them to respond to you and to run and improve our business. We will not publish your photos, your name, or your review on our Website or marketing without your permission, unless you already posted it publicly on a review site or social media. When we share a review, we quote it word for word.

6. Insurance Claims

Many of our customers come to us after storm damage. To be clear about our role:

• We're a contractor, not your insurance company, agent or public adjuster. We can inspect your home, document damage, meet your adjuster on site, and share our findings about what the repair requires. We don't interpret your insurance policy, and we can't tell you whether you should file a claim.

• We can't guarantee coverage. Your insurance company decides what it will cover and pay. Nothing on the Website or in the chat assistant is a promise about any insurance outcome.

• We never waive, cover, pay or rebate your deductible. Paying your deductible is your responsibility under your insurance policy. Offering to waive or absorb it is insurance fraud, and we don't do it.

• Your policy questions belong with your agent. For questions about your coverage, contact your insurance agent or company.

7. Financing

Financing is offered through LendHome Improvements, powered by Momnt. Consumer loans are arranged by Momnt Technologies, Inc. and made by its participating lenders. Advantage is not a lender and doesn't make credit decisions. Approval, rates, payments and terms are set by the lender and depend on your application. Nothing on the Website or in the chat assistant is a promise of financing, approval, or any particular rate or payment. If you apply, your application is governed by the lender's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Warranties

Warranties on our work and on the products we install are described in your written contract and in the manufacturer's warranty documents. Any warranty information on the Website is a general summary only. The written warranty documents control.

9. Acceptable Use

When you use the Website, you agree not to:

• Break any law or violate anyone else's rights

• Submit false information, or pretend to be someone else

• Send spam, unsolicited advertising or sales pitches through our forms or chat assistant

• Upload viruses or harmful code, or try to hack, disrupt or overload the Website

• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy content or collect information from the Website

• Try to get around any security feature, or access parts of the Website or our systems you aren't allowed to access

• Use the Website or its content to build a competing product or service

We may suspend or block access to the Website, including the chat assistant, for anyone who breaks these rules.

10. Our Content and Trademarks

The Website and everything on it, including text, photos, videos, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Advantage or to the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise use our content without our written permission.

"Advantage Roofing & Construction" and our logo are trademarks of Advantage Roofing & Construction, LLC. Owens Corning and other product names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we install.

11. Third-Party Websites and Tools

The Website may link to or include tools from other companies, such as our financing partner, manufacturers, review sites, social media, maps, the chat assistant platform, and analytics, advertising and visitor identification services. We don't control those companies and aren't responsible for their websites, content, products or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer

The Website, including the chat assistant, is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Advantage makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Website, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't promise the Website will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses.

This disclaimer applies only to the Website. It does not change any warranty in your written contract with us or in a manufacturer's warranty.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Advantage and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, that come from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, including the chat assistant and any information on the Website. If Advantage is found liable for anything related to your use of the Website, our total liability will not be more than $100.

This section applies only to your use of the Website. Our responsibilities for work we perform for you are governed by your written contract. Some states don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Advantage and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, that come from your misuse of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Website or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in or serving Bullitt County, Kentucky, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

Before filing any claim, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to work it out together. Most concerns can be resolved with a phone call.

Disputes about work we perform for you are governed by the dispute terms in your written contract.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add new features to the Website. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Other Terms

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

• If we don't enforce part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.

• These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and Advantage about your use of the Website. They don't replace any written contract for work we perform.
