General Roofing Questions

One of our experienced team members will inspect your roof for damage and wear. If the issue is isolated and the roof is in overall good condition, a repair may be all that’s needed. If there’s widespread damage or the roof is near the end of its life, we may recommend a full replacement.

Most standard residential roof replacements are completed in one day, depending on size and weather. Larger or more complex roofs may take two to three days.

No, but we recommend being available by phone in case we need to discuss anything during the project. If you are home, our on-site foreman will be available to answer any questions.
Storm Damage & Insurance

As soon as possible. Some damage isn’t visible from the ground, and delaying repairs can lead to leaks or structural issues. We offer free storm damage inspections with no obligation.

Absolutely. We work directly with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure all damage is properly documented and the scope of work is accurate. We’re here to help make the process less stressful.

No. Waiving or covering a deductible is considered insurance fraud. If a contractor offers this, it's a red flag. We operate with integrity and follow all legal and ethical standards.
Pricing & Payment

Yes! All our inspections and estimates are free, whether it's for a repair, replacement, or storm damage assessment.

No large upfront payments are required. For most residential jobs, payment is due upon completion. We believe your trust should be earned first.

We can connect you with financing solutions depending on the scope of the project. Just ask during your consultation.
Materials & Workmanship

We primarily use Owens Corning Duration shingles, which are Class 3 hail-rated and come in a variety of styles and colors. We also install metal roofs and other specialty products as needed.

Yes! We offer gutter installation, gutter guards, siding, windows, and doors. We also build decks, garages, porches, and custom home additions.

Yes. We offer product warranties through manufacturers and our own workmanship warranty. We’ll explain all warranty details before your project begins.
